General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Jeniviev Concept website (the "Service") and the relationship between the Service operator and users.

Using the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

The operator may unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available at /Terms_of_Service.

Terms of use of the service

The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders.
• Not use the Service to distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Not take actions that could disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Not reproduce or distribute the Service's materials without the operator's written permission.

The operator reserves the right to restrict access for users who violate these Terms.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is deemed concluded once the operator confirms the order.

• Prices are in Russian rubles and include VAT where applicable.
• The operator may refuse to process an order without giving reasons.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled (out of stock, technical reasons), the operator notifies the buyer and refunds the full amount paid.

Delivery and handover

Delivery is available across Russia and neighbouring countries. Terms and cost are clarified at checkout.

• Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon actual handover.
• The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer together with ownership.
• Upon receipt, the buyer must check completeness and appearance in the presence of the delivery representative.

Returns and exchange

Returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality are carried out under the Russian Consumer Protection Law (No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992).

• Bed linen made to individual order cannot be returned or exchanged if it is of proper quality.
• If a manufacturing defect is found, the buyer may demand replacement or a refund.
• Quality claims are accepted within the warranty period set for the specific item.

Intellectual property

All materials of the Service — texts, photos, images, design, logo, trademarks — are intellectual property protected by Russian law.

Any use of the materials without the operator's written permission is prohibited. Quoting is allowed for informational purposes with a mandatory source reference and hyperlink to the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the inability to use the Service.
• Actions of third parties who gained access to the user's data through the user's fault.
• Content of third-party resources linked from the Service.

The operator's liability is limited to the value of the goods or service purchased by the user.

Cookies

In accordance with Federal Laws 149 (On Information) and 152 (On Personal Data), we inform you about the use of cookies.

Essential cookies — the operator's legitimate interest (Art. 6 of FZ-152). Analytics — only with explicit consent (Art. 9 of FZ-152). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law 152 (On Personal Data).

• We collect only the data needed to fulfil the order: name, contact phone, delivery address.
• Data is not shared with third parties except delivery services and payment systems — to the extent needed to fulfil the order.
• The user may request deletion of their data via the contacts in section 10.

The operator takes technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access.
